Friday, January 1, 2010 - Lots of tart Granny Smith apples, with maybe a little pear - like pear cider. For a late disgorged wine, I couldn't detect much yeast or breadiness at all. So that was rather disappointing. It is a pleasant enough wine but poor qpr since it is rather one-dimensional.
