Saturday, June 9, 2012 - Great US Cabernets with great beef (Restaurant Ochsen Matzingen): This needed decanting...

'colder' nose than the Schrader with elderberry, Blackberry and creme de cassis, really nice too.

This has 20+ years of life ahead if you can wait that long...
