Sunday, December 26, 2010 - Well balanced Pinot. Like any Pinot, it is all about the food pairing. We had this for Christmas paired with Beef Wellington. Wow! The earthy/truffle/mushroom nature of the food flavors brings out so much more in the wine. Everyone raved about the food and wine !
