Wednesday, June 21, 2023 - In a great drinking window. Needs a good 30 minute minimum decant to open up after some exposure to air, the fruit emerges, the acidity recedes and the tannins soften. Beautiful dark fruit with assertive tannins, oak spice, vanilla, cedar, paprika, and caraway. Great with a ribeye steak!
