Monday, February 15, 2016 - Bright 18k gold. Nose of melon, overripe white pommes and musk, soft palate of candied pears, peaches, and waxy bitterness. The finish is medium-long. To me this is like an under-concentrated dessert wine. Drank with chicken oriental stir fry, a reasonable match.
