Wednesday, May 8, 2019 - A simply astonishing wine. Paired with Parpadelle and homemade Porcini Bolognese sauce. Phenomenal nose. Flavors were just magical as the wine evolved and integrated with the meal. Decanted 4+ hours. First sip out of the bottle before the decant was like the best teaser ever.
