Tuesday, May 26, 2015 - Light amber gold with tart honey nose. Demi sec with some flinty mineral, medium fully integrated fruit and tannins balanced by light acid and some residual sweetness. Very smooth and drinking nicely for a 42 year old wine I made in the early years, mostly used for cooking now as a chicken or pulled pork marinade, but can hold it's own with the best. I now let the pros make wine and I drink it with great appreciation of their endeavors.
