Monday, February 9, 2015 - Yes, a good find indeed! Nose is quite subtle: some honey, pears, apple peel. Also got some chamomile tea(interesting!). Very lively and intense on the palate, sharp acids, tight bubbles. loads of citrus and apple peel notes, even some spices. theres just enough sugar to balance the sharpness, which make this all the more appealing. Some toastiness at the end. medium after taste, which is a bit bitter, but in a good way. For the money, a very good buy.
