Friday, January 1, 2021 - Purchased 2000. Super Tuscan 95% Sangiovese/5% Merlot. Tre Bicchieri' award from Gambero Rosso

Color: deep dark red/black. Viscous legs
Nose: medium/full intensity. Complex aromas of dark fruits, wildflowers, especially violets, and herbs.
Body/flavor: medium/full body. Complex dark fruits, cedar; leather. Beautiful balance.
Aftertaste: lingering

Served with roast chicken.
