Sunday, February 25, 2018 - Last of a 3-pack--Very nice. Pretty luscious in a sangiovese sort of way--nice red fruit, cherry, black cherry, some aged notes coming in, nice back and forth of richness and freshness with bit more aged quality and earth, very light tar, wood. Went great with pan fried veal loin chops in a thyme/rosemary/garlic sear and lemon deglazing sauce, next to spinach tagliatelle.
