Saturday, September 22, 2012 - Starting to brick up a bit (so to speak). Love this wine every time, now showing signs of relatively early maturation. Fruit still vibrant and on the red side of the ledger. Aromatically picking up a bit more caramel and smokiness than in the past. A little heat surprisingly shows through. Still fantastic overall, though. Plan is to have one of these per year for the next 3 years, and looking forward to it.
