Saturday, January 9, 2021 - A wine we feel rocks between 92-93 and is in a very pretty state and full of elegance and charm at this stage. This time we had it o the back of the 99 Serafin CC ( Papies 95) and thus showed a much younger and bright fruit side . Still very polished and round and really at the start of its drinking window and with a lot of charm to come for those patient enough. 92-93
