Monday, July 27, 2009 - Pale yellow in colour. What a surprising nose. It starts off with a whiff of apple cider (!) and then underneath that a strong odour of flor comes through to finish off on hazelnuts. The palate is as interesting with an initial attack of lemon rind, followed by flor and hazelnuts. I also get a touch of radish that quite interesting. Overall it is a bit light, but a refreshing drink, nonetheless.
