Monday, January 10, 2011 - A good quality Fino Sherry aged in their solera system for over 4 years. This is the quintessential Fino style. I don't usually drink this as is but it is a very good base for making Fino Sherry cocktails. Found the bottle at BevMo for $16 US retail.
