Saturday, October 1, 2011 - I tasted this after dinner on 10/1/11. It had a powerful, yet balanced bouquet of salty air, mineral, roasted nuts and orange aromas. The palate was smooth, dry and tangy with flavors of brine, roasted nuts, lemon, lime and green olives…very nice!
