Friday, October 14, 2011 - Appearance: Bright and clear, medium (-) intensity lemon colour, with legs and wide watery rims
Nose: Clean, medium intensity and fully developed aromas of yeast, nut, green olive, toast, seaweed, savory and salty.
Palate: Dry, with medium (-) acidity and fortified to low alcohol, medium (-) body with medium intensity flavors of sherry, toast, olive, nut, savory and salty. Medium (-) length.
Conclusion: Acceptable quality fino sherry with simple character and not particular intense nose and palate, and a relatively short length making this wine very elementary and not worth particular attention. Ready to drink now but not intend for ageing.
