Friday, June 22, 2012 - Classic. There's a reason it's the benchmark. Make sure it's fresh, and it won't disappoint. It won't steal the show either, but what it lacks in showiness, it makes up for in reliability. Pale, light, medium intensity, a hint of brine and nut, a bit more pear and soft lemon. Solid.
