Tuesday, February 18, 2014 - Clear and bright, pale lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and fully developed, showing medium+ intensity aromas of apple, yeast, green olives and almonds. The wine is dry with a medium- acidity, low tannins, low alcohol for a fortified wine, medium- body and medium intensity flavours of apple, yeast, green olives and almonds. Medium+ finish.

It is a very good quality wine with a very clear typicity showing the style of a typical Fino Sherry, with a decent finish and a nice overall balance, but it lacks complexity. Drink now, not suitable for ageing, this style of wine deteriorate soon once bottles.
