Sunday, July 24, 2005 - Tough note. This is very very dry, crisp and lively. The one thing that stands out is the saline taste. A perfect match with anchovies, could keep on eating them and drinking it for hours. Lingers on the palate, very nice. Hoping to try it with more fish.
