Sunday, November 15, 2015 - Sherry-Tasting, Wine 1: This sherry was pale straw-yellow in colour and offered a fresh and expressive nose of citrus, apple, almond, nuts, coconut, chamomile and salty ocean breeze. On the palate the sherry tasted salty, with citrus, dried apple, almond, nut and chamomile flavours, and with fresh, lively, medium-level acidity and good to very good length. A lean, balanced Fino with solid complexity.
