Tuesday, November 29, 2016 - Great with salted peanuts, glorious pairing grilled tuna belly.
Oily, salty on the nose with aromas of limestone and lime peel. Delicious.
Palate showed balanced and mouthwatering. Lovely aftertaste. Very equilibrated. Dry to the bone. A bottle situated just where I like.
If you don't like sherry wines is okay BUT if you love them how can you dislike this one? IMHO Tio Pepe represents the epitome of fino style. Bottled sun. Now indicating prefered date of consume.

Genial con cacahuetes salados, glorioso acompañando una ventresca de atún a la parrilla.
Aceitoso, salado en la nariz con aromas de caliza y monda de lima. Delicioso.
Al paladar se mostró equilibrado y apetitoso. Rico regusto. Muy equilibrado. Seco hasta el límite. Una botella situada justo donde me gusta.
Si no te gusta los vinos de jerez me parece bien, pero si te encantan, ¿cómo puede no gustarte este? En mi modesta opinión Tio Pepe representa el epítome de lo que es un fino. Sol embotellado. Ahora indicando la fecha preferida de consumo. Querido Hacedor, ¿para cuándo la de envase?
