Saturday, June 20, 2020 - Lot’s of rotten apple on the nose. Bread dough, almond and stony minerality.

The mouthfeels of the wine is delightfully light and crisp, perhaps slightly oily. Granny Smith apple, preserved lemon, ground almond, green olive brine and slight smoky ness.

Nice citrusy and mineral finish.

Very nice. Sharp and crisp. Nothing too serious but good value.
