Beautiful cork; decanted for an hour, enjoyed for two. b.dylan's post is on point below. It is between innings, having not the size of its youth nor developed yet into a fully formed maturity. Hold and see what develops from this medium-bodied, well made but slightly reticent 2001 St Julien. It's not in a hurry.
