Tuesday, June 28, 2011 - Fresh floral scent and faint hint of ripe banana. Full mouthfeel with layers of delicate flavors. Wine opened up after an hour and revealed notes of lilac, burnt orange. Could definitely taste something similar to a fino sherry in the finish, but this wine is so much more than that.
