Tuesday, December 31, 2013 - Maturing nicely. Quite funky now with soft sweet raspberry fruit but plenty of cut and bite still suggesting time to go yet. However, that funky element and the softness of the fruit means to my tastes at least, these are ready to go now. I'll be drinking my last two bottles soon.
