Thursday, December 1, 2016 - Popped and poured and enjoyed over two days. Loads of cedar and terroir on day one. The wine fleshed out a bit on day two showing plum fruit. This is a Bordeaux drinkers wine and very typical of the site and vintage. There is no reason to wait on these but they are in no danger of fading any time soon.
