Tuesday, August 29, 2017 - Tremendous. This is all about the minerality - dominated by a chalky and sometimes gravelly sensation. White fruit, only barely discernable hints of citrus. This is well balanced with a long finish. It was fine on opening but really terrific after about 30 mins in the glass.
