Typical Nebbiolo aromas of roses, earth and a bit of tar. The palate has generous fruit, but it shows a bit of heat and the acidity is higher than I would have expected. It finishes relatively short, but clean. Affordable and pleasant, but not repsentative of the Barolo DOCG. Drink from now until 2015.
