Monday, May 25, 2015 - My second and last bottle. Slightly better than the prior bottle. Beautiful rich golden hue. Needed and hour to aerate and release its aromas and flavors to their fullest extent. At this stage, oak seems to predominate over the muted pear and somewhat tropical aromas. Don't think this is getting batter, but rather should be drunk now... And probably better a year ago.
