Saturday, October 29, 2011 - 14.6% alcohol. Medium yellow color. Fragrant nose of butterscotch, apple, lemon peel, and minerals. In the mouth, concentrated and racy, like tasting a slightly tart apple pie. Bright acidity and creamy, oak-tinged structure lend complexity. Better with another year in bottle to help bring together the elements but very nice. A-
