Monday, June 22, 2009 - perfect wine with sweet ham and polynesian dishes - complex nose bursting with cherries and raspberries; same fruits throughout, with hint of smoke on the finish - still drinking very well, but would not plan to hold much longer in the cellar as not sure this will improve any more
