Friday, March 2, 2012 - Our first taste of Aubert chardonnay. This bottle stunned us with its purity and mouth feel. It was rich and creamy with citrus and tropical fruit flavors. It seemed almost Burgundian in its proportions. The alcohol level of 15.2% was not obvious to us. Partnered this with grilled sea scallops for a memorable meal.
