Saturday, January 26, 2013 - Aromas and flavors of lemon, tropical fruit, some pear, spice, a touch of crème brulee, along with subtle and lightly toasted oak. Rich and slightly creamy in the mouth. Great structure and balance. A long and extended finish. Paired decently with crab cakes. Consumed at the SAFW Reunion II.
