Friday, April 22, 2011 - Decanted for an hour. Herbal, peppery notes initially with cherries, developing a mild oxidized nose over time. Palate dominated by quite strong acidity, with only minor fruit. Average length, with noticeable heat. Better with food. A little disappointing.
