Wednesday, May 9, 2012 - Nearly opaque garnet color with strong complex, dark red fruit, leather, and spicy pepper aromas. On the palate, it's medium bodied and smooth with black cherry, raspberry,mineral and spice flavors. Medium + finish. 14% alcohol. Second wine of Perrin brothers Chateau de Beaucastel. Unfiltered. Excellent!
