Tuesday, June 19, 2012 - Typical rhone nose with blackcurrant pastille, fennel and herb but poised and clean. Really fresh acidity on the palate - not at all flabby, soft or meaty. Gentle cherry/raspberry fruit, not a great deal of body but rather elegant, with a twist of tannin on the end. For a wine with such a decent amount of charm and class, it is very good value. 89 points
