Ripe, warm raspberry and cherry fruit, boiled candies, licorice and pepper on the inviting, intense nose. Great fill on the palate with loads of ripe, juicy cherry fruit. Some licorice and tobacco on the midpalate and finish. Drinking very easily due to a superb balance between the sweetness of the fruit and the fresh acidity as well as the tannic grip on the end.
