Sunday, January 2, 2011 - This bottle showed a slight impurity that seemed to dissipate. Fresh as mountain water, lovely minerality, lively acidity, elegant and intense, honey and salted butter. Excellent length, a very complete wine. There is considerable bottle variation but perfect bottles should easily last until 2020.
