Thursday, April 12, 2012 - Nose delightfully nutty and lees-y. Palate is much cleaner (a pity, I like the nuttiness), but is Clean, excellent, though you can taste the 75% PN. I'm sort of ishing for some Pinot Meunier or some other way to add roundness in these wines, as I've recently tried Roederer's CA NV fizz and it has a bit more texture to the palate.
Nonetheless, clean style, this is fine stuff, and I think I prefer it to the Brut.
