Friday, March 25, 2011 - Extremely dry, crisp, clean. Nice acidity, but other than it's crispness, it doesn't leave much of an impression. There is no depth. But this is definitely a food wine, at least for me it's too dry to enjoy as an aperitif. It pairs nicely with sushi.
