Tuesday, December 2, 2014 - An Evening at Bern's (Tampa): Probably my favorite Chateau in Bordeaux and what an unbelievable thrill it was to drink this wine. Amazing freshness on the nose an palate. That beautiful herbal note that I love so much about Pichon was very much there and continued to grow in stature during the 1 hour we drank this bottle. Like the others, this was glossy and perfectly seamless. Outstanding depth and purity and a very long finish.
