95 Points

Saturday, August 1, 2015 - Food: French
Duration: 2 hours
Condition: -2 cm, Japanese Label, served with proper montrachet glass
Aroma: white flowers, sesame, mango, passionfruit, hints of white flower, honey, hints of red date
Notes: very deep golden color, aftertaste of popcorn and cream. Very good balance and aroma is consistent to palate. After 30 minutes the brioche and buttery aftertaste started to appear. The more you air this wine the more full bodied it becomes. After an hour there's this honey aroma coming out from the wine.

This wine should have no problem surviving another 10-15 years. Currently it is excellent but I suspect it can get even better in 5 years.
