Wednesday, January 6, 2021 - Loads of black currant and delicate vanilla on the nose alongside tomato leaf. Same in the palette with plenty of wet bark, currants, baking spices. Some licorice on the finish and some beautiful light oak vanilla. After a few hours plenty of Christmas cake on nose and palette. Seventh wine of the night and was the best.
