Friday, October 28, 2011 - Somewhere between old world and new world.
Great classic cabernet with chalky tannins and cassis. Well intergrated oak.
Paired very nicely with a cuban skirt steak.
Very glad that I have two more bottles, and I feel comfortable to cellar them for many years.
