Tuesday, February 9, 2016 - Pretty light gold color, with a distinctive taste centered on tangerine, Stayman Winesap apple, and rounded acidity instead of the slate, lemon/line, Granny Smith apple, and saber sharp acidity common in Mosel River Valley Riesling. Very delicious and caressing with a gentle glide down the throat, while fruit, sweetness, and acidity maypole dance together through a long and lingering finish.
