Saturday, August 8, 2009 - Terrific showing. Great, mature bottle of CdP more in line with Asher's recent experience. No hard edges, tannins soft and smooth. A lot of provencal herbs here - lavender, thyme, rosemary. Very spicy. Good red fruit left as well. A Chateauneuf in the traditional mold (whatever that means).
