Friday, October 9, 2015 - Pefect cork (bottles are recorked every 15 years at the bodega). 30% of Cabernet in the blend. Beautiful transparent colour. Very clean, nuanced nose of dried berries with a hint of mushrooms and farmyard. Rather lean body with still some fruits remaining. Exquisite, it had a vibe of older Bordeaux.
