Sunday, August 13, 2023 - It’s all what I don’t like about 2008 and none of the good. Searing acidity, but oddly quite tight, oak is unintegrated and it’s all gevrey muscle with none of the charming fruit.

am i the only one who finds rousseau village is such a hit or miss, mostly miss?

I wish I can say time might improve things a bit; but my crystal balls says no. Dujac 2008 msd is an example of a village wine with everything i like about 2008 and none of what I don’t, if people wanna calibrate what i’m talking about.
