Wednesday, December 2, 2015 - This was a wonderful bottle of wine! I decanted it, gave it an hour of air, and it drank beautifully. It was not "old" as Parker predicted it would be when he tasted it 5 years ago. Full of intense dark fruit, deep red in color, no orange, no oxidation. Perhaps it is peaking now, but it has a few years left. I am glad I have one bottle left.
