Sunday, June 10, 2012 - Decanted 4 Hours: Fruity and lightly sweet with great acidity and pretty restrained spirit. Has the beginnings of some good tawny character, and really nice balance. Judging from the fact that it was rather approachable from opening, this should probably be consumed in the near future, as it is at peak.
